You will have monthly access to the birthplace of the Baja oval craze! 5 tracks to choose from. 3 offroad tracks, 1 banked super oval and 1 drag strip ABOUT THE HOSTILE RACE & CAMPING:In case you haven't joined us in the past for a Hostile event, the event and Camping location is on our own private property of 38 wooded acres.8456 Harpers Ferry RoadSpringwater, New York 14560(upstate NEW YORK, 50 mins south of Rochester)Added fall 2009:-Total of 5 tracks. -We built a new road going up to the race and camping area to make driving up there easier on the RV, pull behind campers and trailers. -Leveled out parking spots for RV, Pull behind campers, and tenters in the shade.What to expect:-Everyone will have to check in, guest/specters will have to pay a $10 per day fee CASH ONLY. -Everyone will need to sign a liability release form.-Camping on premesis is free to all registered racers from THURSDAY EVENING (After 5PM) and out by NOON Monday.-Will have rented port-o-potty's -Full parts support on premisis. There is no need to stock up before the event. Everything you will need will be available here.What we don't have:-Electric-Running water Camping on the Hostile property:-If you do bring your own RV or Pull Behind Camper we ask that you use your own shower. So you will need to fill up with your own water.-Bring your own Generator-All tent campers are welcome to use our household shower in our home. Parking:There is parking on premise for all registered racers that will be staying in Hotels/Motels. Things you might want to bring:-Generator-Flashlight (no lights in camping area's)-bug spray, sun block, if allergy to bee's please bring your shot!-drinking water-chair-pop up shade canopy-table so you can work on your Baja-Rain gear-tenters, bring an air bed Here are just a few of the things that make Bajafest the one of a kind event that it is:-FULL on site parts support for HPI replacement parts and aftermarket products and accessories. You do not need to be your own hobby shop!-Many manufacturers will be present to participate as well as sell and support their own products.-Great deals on all purchases-Free camping-Close and convenient lodging for those that do not camp-Food and beverage available on site-Multiple tracks allows for simultaneous organized races and unlimited open track time-Fun events such as drag racing and jumping contests-One of the largest and highest value prize giveaways at any event-Something for everyone from the racer to the basher. The focus is on fun and comradeship. No need to be intimidated by racing or events. Everyone is helpful and supportive and any and all parts will be available, so rest assured that you will have all the help and support you could ever need. Registration is $50 for the entire weekend. This includes camping, unlimited open track time and unlimited entry in to as many race classes as you would like to enter. Most events will cost you well over $100 if you enter just 3 classes. This is a substantial savings for those wishing to enter several classes. Spectators will be $10 per day. Camping on site is only for registrants and a guest. Registration is non refundable as all income from registrations is immediately applied to event expenses.Campers and motorhomes can arrive the evening of Friday morning. We will be busy preparing for the event and will not be accepting early arrivals. Everyone out by noon on Monday. Dont wait until the last minute to register. We will shut down registration if we hit the magic number. We also need early registration as this event is held on private property and we plan and prepare for the amount of people expected. You will be our guest at our home and we need to know how many people we are having. The best analogy would be needing to know how many dinner guests you will be having so you can plan accordingly. What we will NOT have:-NO Glass containers-NO minors without adult supervision (Bajas are geared for adults and for safety reasons bringing children is not recommended)-NO nitro vehicles on any tracks-NO CLONE BAJAS-NO bad attitudes will be toleratedKeep having fun!
